Job summary

Qualifications

• Screen, evaluate and treat clients to develop functional skills
• Maintain a caseload with 75% productivity
• Document therapy services accurately and timely per regulations
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and support teams

Responsibilities

• Document therapy services accurately and timely in accordance with facility and Federal Regulations
• Provide screenings, evaluations and direct therapy to clients in a 1:1 medical model ensuring goals and objectives are met
• Coordinate and complete client assessments and treatment plans
• Work with minimal supervision to provide direct OT using AOTA guidelines and facility policies
• Mentor COTA/Ls and provide in-service trainings as directed
