San Bruno Skilled Nursing in San Bruno, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team. Opportunities include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with pay ranging from $58.00 to $65.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As an OTR, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and safety, and collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver rehabilitative care.
