Job summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey, California invites compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We’re seeking a licensed OTR for a full-time role in a four-star Medicare-certified short-term rehab and skilled nursing facility.

New graduates welcome. We offer competitive compensation with starting hourly rate $56-$60, flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Provide occupational therapy services according to physician orders.
• Assist the nursing department by training Restorative Aides.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice regulations.
