Cypress Ridge is a four-star, Medicare-certified rehab and skilled nursing facility in Monterey, CA. We seek compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our in-house rehab team as full-time staff. New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Provide occupational therapy services according to physician orders.
• Assist the nursing department by training Restorative Aides.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice regulations.
