Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Illinois seeks a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join senior living communities in McHenry and Crystal Lake. The outpatient approach emphasizes resident-centered care with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours to cover both campuses.

The role offers $43–$48 per hour based on experience. You will assess clients, develop and adjust treatment plans, educate residents and families, document progress, and advocate for access to therapy and community resources to

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state OT licensure or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients and perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
