Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Moline, IL is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join an assisted living setting. The OT will assess and treat clients, collaborate with teams, and contribute to meaningful therapy outcomes.

You’ll have autonomy over scheduling and opportunities to work across outpatient and wellness programs; COTA's are welcome to apply, with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on daily activities and environmental modifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Advocacy and Support: Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
