Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a permanent, direct-hire position in a Skilled Nursing Facility / long-term care setting.

The role will entail providing skilled OT services per physician orders and collaborating with the care team. The candidate should have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold an active state OT license (or be in the process), and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications
