Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in CA to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract role follows a 5x8 Days schedule and carries accountability for aligning with the organization's vision, values, and goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recent SNF/LTC OT experience and an active CA license; interim licensure is acceptable.

• 1 year of recent OT SNF/LTC experience required.
• Current OT license in the state of California.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of CA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT)SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
