East Ridge Village is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with ADL impairments. You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease process.
