Job summary

Oak Hill Village in Pennsylvania seeks a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and assist care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease processes.

The OT will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required and assist the Director of Nursing Services to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and other healthcare professionals; present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license.

Job description
