Oak Hill Village is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to residents with impaired activities of daily living. You will evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, supporting the Director of Nursing in ADL decline prevention policies, and delivering high-quality patient-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license.

Oak Hill Village is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT).The purpose of this position is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease process; participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings as required; assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT):

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
