Zusammenfassung

Greenwood Center is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with activities of daily living impairment due to disease, and to participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.

The OT will assist in developing ADL decline prevention policies and procedures, document care, and support nursing staff in promoting resident independence.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of related OT experience.
• Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license.

Greenwood Center is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT).The purpose of this position is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease process; participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings as required; assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT):

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have at least two years of related experience
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license
