Job summary

Greenwood Center is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with impaired activities of daily living. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, and contributing to the care plan within the interdisciplinary team.

The OT will assist the Director of Nursing to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures, and will collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to share

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to present information to supervisor.
• Must have at least two years of related experience
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with impaired ADLs.
• Document care and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with developing ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.
