Hale Nani Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Honolulu, HI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN/on-call shifts. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment programs, design treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• OT licensure per state Board requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration for patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Demonstrates ability to meet productivity benchmarks
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Applies problem-solving skills to support patient progress
• Performs other duties as assigned
