Job summary

Greenwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team. This PRN/per diem position offers meaningful work, collaborative support, and a chance to impact daily living skills for geriatric patients.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and mentor staff, with opportunities for professional development and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Kentucky OT certification.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
• Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
• Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions.
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment.
• Mentor and guide therapy staff.
