Job summary

Woodland Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alabama is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our caring therapy team and support residents’ daily living goals. This full-time position offers day shifts with a per diem option, immediate hiring, and pay between $43 and $54 per hour based on experience.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor staff, and help residents regain

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT certification in Alabama.
• Experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
• Provide hands‑on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions.
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment.
• Mentor and guide therapy staff.
