Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, create goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy across the Greater Houston area.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program and a Texas OT license by start date; new grads are welcome and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Flexible scheduling includes Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services per physician-approved Plans of Care.
• Address functional skills including fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, strength, ROM, self-care, and daily living activities.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in accordance with physician-approved Plans of Care
• Address functional skills including fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, strength, range of motion, self-care, visual-motor integration, behavioral regulation, and activities of daily living
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Pay: $60.00–$70.00 per hour

$60 - $70 an hour
