Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Full-Time Floating Occupational Therapist based in Marlborough, CT, to provide OT services across Northern/Central CT SNFs. The OT travels between facilities; travel time and mileage are paid. You will join a team focused on ethical patient care and resident independence.

Must hold OT license or be eligible; strong computer skills and the ability to document electronically; collaborative, flexible hours. Competitive benefits and education support available.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to practice in CT.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

A Full-Time Floating Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is available in Central / North CT. The floating OT will be based out of Marlborough, CT and provide OT therapy services to multiple different sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities throughout the Northern/ Central CT region. Travel time and mileage is paid when traveling in between two or more facilities on one day. You may have already heard that Preferred Therapy Solutions is different from other therapy companies. Job Requirements

• Float to facilities throughout Northern/ Central CT to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentationWork well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
