Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Floating Occupational Therapist to serve multiple sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities across Northern and Central CT. The role is based in Marlborough, with travel between facilities and paid mileage.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities.
• Float to facilities throughout Northern/Central CT; travel between sites.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to coordinate care.

OverviewA Full-Time Floating Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is available in Central / North CT. The floating OT will be based out of Marlborough, CT and provide OT therapy services to multiple different sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities throughout the Northern/ Central CT region.
