Qualifications

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide comprehensive therapy services.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic systems and maintain timely records.

Overview

A full-time Floating Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is available in Southern CT. The floating OT will provide OT therapy services to multiple different sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern CT. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two or more facilities on one day.

Good Faith Rate Range: $41/hr - $48/hr
