Qualifications

• Current OT license in CT or eligible to practice in CT.
• Experience in sub-acute or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong computer skills and electronic documentation.
• Ability to travel between facilities with paid travel time.

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
