Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a dedicated Floating Occupational Therapist to serve multiple Southern CT facilities, traveling between sites. You will provide OT services to sub-acute and skilled nursing residents, with travel time and mileage reimbursed when moving between sites in one day.

The position emphasizes collaboration with rehab and nursing teams, documentation accuracy, and CT licensure or eligibility, with a supportive environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide comprehensive therapy services.
