Compassus seeks a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy and promote independence for patients in their own homes. You will assess home environments and design interventions to improve daily living activities, collaborating with families to adapt tasks and equipment as needed.

Required are a BS in OT, a valid state license, CPR, TB screening, Hepatitis consent/declination, and at least two years of acute care or rehabilitation experience; a driver’s license and

• Two years' experience in acute care or rehabilitation.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
