Compassus is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home OT services. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to help patients live safely and independently at home.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, flexible scheduling, and a robust benefits package, including health/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program with an Associate Degree.
• Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• 1 year OTA experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• CPR current, TB screen negative, Hepatitis consent/declination may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one home health OT services to patients where they need help.
• Empower patients to live safely and perform daily tasks at home.
• Help families modify the home environment and use equipment to improve participation.
