Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• One year experience as an OTA in an acute care setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and current CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services one-on-one in patients' homes.
• Help patients adapt activities and environments to improve daily participation and safety.
• Use adaptive equipment and task modification to enhance quality of life for homebound patients.
