Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy, enable safe functional activities, and support patients in maintaining independence. Our team values a patient-centered approach, compassionate care, and collaborative support across care providers.
Minimum qualifications include an OTA associate degree, state certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.
