Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehab unit in a non-profit hospital in Nashville. You will assess patients, plan and implement personalized interventions to help restore independence in daily activities after injury or surgery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and SLPs to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role is full-time with a strong commitment to improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred

Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist (OT) | Non-Profit Hospital

• Full-Time Inpatient Rehabilitation

• Dedicated 1:1 therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes
• Primarily adult and geriatric patients: 40% orthopedic, 30% neurological, and 30% general rehabilitation
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (1in6 weekends)
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus plus $5,000 in Relocation Assistance

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.
