Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehab setting in Kalispell, MT. The role focuses on 1:1 patient care, assessing and implementing individualized interventions to improve daily living activities and independence after injury or illness.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, handle a diverse adult/geriatric caseload and receive structured onboarding, loan forgiveness options, full benefits, and PTO.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• H1B Visa sponsorship not available.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support recovery.
• Provide 7–8 patient care sessions per day in inpatient rehab.

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support to 7-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.
