Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking therapists to join an inpatient rehab team in Chattanooga, TN. The role supports a multidisciplinary group including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.

Expect a collaborative, patient-centered environment with mentorship and opportunities for career growth. Patients have an average stay of about three weeks with a focus on returning home.

Qualificações

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Detail oriented while maintaining big-picture focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy services to inpatients in rehab setting.

About the Position:

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapists, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech-Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
