Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support to 7-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.
