Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Bozeman, MT, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the largest inpatient rehab system in the country. You’ll work on a large interdisciplinary team of therapists delivering high-level patient care with an average LOS around 22 days and a 90% return-to-home rate.

New grads are welcome; we offer mentorship, a CEU budget, tuition reimbursement up to $3,000/year, Medibridge access, robust medical/dental/life insurance, and 4 weeks of PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

About the Position

Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech-Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return-to-home rate.
