Flagstar Rehab in New York state seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to fill roles in Skilled Nursing Facilities. The team offers flexible assignments and a “choose the way you earn” model with support for independent contracting if desired.

Pay rates are $46-$48/hour (W-2) or $57-$60/hour (1099). OT supervisors guide COTAs, conduct evaluations, and document patient progress using EMR software across multiple shifts.

Qualificações

• Current NYS OT License and Registration required.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.

Occupational Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NYS OT License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow under your supervision.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
