Job summary

Concept Rehab in Ingham, MI is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide interventions, and support patients to regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Michigan OT license required or eligible.

Responsibilities

Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to become part of our therapy team in the Ingham, MI area.

Your Role

As An Occupational Therapist, You Will

• Evaluate patients and identify functional goals
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
• Help patients improve independence with everyday activities
• Track progress and modify treatment based on patient response
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Provide guidance and supervision to OTAs as applicable
• Build positive relationships with patients, families and caregivers

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organized, dependable and patient-focused approach
• Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus
