Job summary

Hanford Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility in Hanford, CA, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team on a full-time basis. The OT will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, deliver services per physician orders, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License is required.

• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and post-discharge care
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assist with discharge planning

Salary Range: $65.00-$75.00/hour
