Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Care team on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves floating across multiple floors, caring for patients in critical states, and collaborating with orthopedics, neurology and cardiac populations.

The ideal candidate will be coachable, possess excellent communication, and thrive in a team-oriented environment that values compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Coachable and eager to grow.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple floors in Acute Care.
• Work with patients in the most critical state and meet them in their needs.
• Collaborate with Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations.
• Join a compassionate team focused on patient care and evidence-based practice.

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...Acute Care is the doorway to Rehab here and the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of the facility. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
