Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role emphasizes understanding injuries and conditions to guide effective therapy.

Ideal candidates will have OT training (BS/MS/OTD) and a passion for 1:1 patient care, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing onboarding, and professional growth within the team in Fresno, CA.

Qualifications

• Passion for Acute/Inpatient Rehab and 1:1 care.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an inpatient setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy to inpatients, focusing on understanding injuries/conditions.
• Collaborate with care teams to support 1:1 therapy and patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing mentorship and onboarding to maintain high standards of care.
