Job summary

AdviniaCare seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team near Newton Wellesley Hospital. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team while helping residents regain independence in daily activities.

Full-time or per diem positions available. We value person-centered care, creative clinical problem-solving, and a holistic approach to therapy beyond diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, relationship-based care
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient care records
