AdviniaCare in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents with physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans and help residents regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
• Design and implement interventions to improve activities of daily living, cognitive function, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and long-term independence.
