Job summary

AdviniaCare Newton-Wellesley is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team, offering full-time or per diem schedules near Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain independence and everyday activities.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, relationship-based care.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient care records.
