Job summary

Autumn Lake at Vineland in Vineland, NJ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. You will evaluate residents, develop plans of care, and provide treatment focused on ADLs and functional independence, while ensuring goals are met and progress is tracked.

The role requires NJ OT licensure, accredited OT education, and strong collaboration with COTAs and nursing staff. New grads are welcome to apply and opportunities for growth exist. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Vineland. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently.
