We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Vineland | Vineland, NJ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
• Establish treatment goals and monitor resident progress
• Recommend adaptive equipment and teach strategies to improve safety and daily function
• Adjust treatment plans based on resident needs and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals
