Job summary

Stellar Health Group in Georgia, VT is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and support independence through rehab.

You will supervise COTAs as needed, collaborate with healthcare staff, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to patient well-being. Competitive wages, benefits, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current Vermont OTR or COTA License.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
• Choosing activities that promote independence and daily living skills
• Monitoring resident progress and preparing detailed reports
• Rehabilitating residents with disabilities due to injury, illness, or other conditions
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Supervising COTAs as required

Education
