Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation program. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve ADLs, cognition, and upper-extremity function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, cognition, and upper-extremity function.
• Utilize the ADL Suite for realistic, goal-oriented functional training.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with California practice guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, safety, and equipment use.
