Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas, CA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will work under a licensed OT to deliver meaningful, goal-driven rehab to residents and support ADL independence.

We offer $48–$55 per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses, tuition reimbursement, sponsorship opportunities, and flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. New graduates are welcome.

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed OT.
