Job summary

Pine Creek Care Center in Roseville, CA, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, craft individualized treatment plans, and document progress to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist License or eligible to apply.

• Skilled nursing experience is great, but not required.

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pine Creek Care Center

Pay Range: $55-$65/hour DOE Full-Time | Part-Time

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team? Pine Creek Care Center is seeking a dedicated OT to join our rehabilitation department and help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys hands-on patient care, teamwork, and working in a positive skilled nursing environment where clinicians are valued and supported. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities are available. Pine Creek Care Center is looking for an Occupational Therapist who's passionate about patient care, enjoys being part of a great team, and wants to work somewhere that values both clinicians and residents alike.
