Volare Health LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for in-house therapy at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR. Full-time and PRN shifts available with flexible scheduling. Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist licensure as required by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with focus on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills and flexibility to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops OT treatment programs for patients as needed.
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
