Job summary

Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our caring team. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive environment that values your expertise and growth.

You will evaluate and develop OT treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain timely documentation and billing, and help patients progress while meeting productivity expectations.

Compensation: Starting at $47/hr+ DOE

What We’re Looking For

Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care

Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals

Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
