Job summary

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and design individualized treatment plans that drive patient progress. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed.
