Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Philadelphia. You will deliver in-home therapy with autonomy over your day, maintain a consistent caseload, and receive supportive clinical and administrative resources.

Qualification includes active OT license and BLS CPR, plus reliable transportation and comfort with EMR systems. The role offers mileage reimbursement, paid training, and potential benefits based on hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $75 per visit

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
