InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to adults and geriatric patients in the Philadelphia area. You will assess mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized goals and implement rehabilitation programs in patients' homes.

The role offers a flexible schedule with autonomous day planning, consistent caseloads, and strong clinical/admin support, plus technology tools to streamline documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Proficient with basic technology and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adults and geriatrics
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and prevention
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards
